At Levitate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include all original tags and packaging
- Must be free from damage or signs of use
- Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Levitate is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
- Bundle items must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted
