Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Levitate is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–12 business days depending on your location.

Order Processing: 1–5 business days
Shipping and Delivery: 5–7 business days
Total Estimated Time: 4–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This can be used to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time. We may expand to additional regions in the future.

5. Bundled Orders and Combined Shipping
If you order multiple items, including bundles, they will be shipped together in one package whenever possible to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

There are no additional shipping charges for multiple items shipped to the same address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Check your tracking information for updates
  • Check with neighbors or reception in case the package was delivered there
  • Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

Levitate is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at levitategta@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
